Junkosha Fluid Transfer Tubing

Peristaltic Pump Tubing [Under Development]

Junkosha’s Peristaltic Pump Tubing uses a proprietary composite of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and elastomers to deliver high tensile strength and consistent elastic properties. In addition, the inner surface of the tubing incorporates a special fluoroelastomer, providing chemical resistance that surpasses ordinary thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) tubing and enabling use with highly aggressive fluids. This unique structure provides stable, long-term performance across a wide range of industrial, environmental, biopharmaceutical, and medical applications.

Features

- High tensile strength and consistent elastic properties provide durability while maintaining flexibility. The tubing withstands high pressure and enables millions of peristaltic cycles.
- Outstanding long service life helps reduce equipment downtime.
- Excellent resistance to cracking and delamination prevents contamination of valuable fluids.
- Ensures accurate and repeatable fluid transfer.
- Provides excellent chemical compatibility.

Use

- Pharmaceuticals / semiconductor manufacturing / chemical processing / analytical preparations
- Transfer of corrosive fluids containing organic solvents.
