Junkosha Fluid Transfer Tubing

Barrier Tubing

Using multi-layer extrusion molding that combines raw materials with properties that are physically different to fluoropolymers gives this tubing, which is often used as chemical piping, the chemical resistance, adhesion resistance, and low dissolution of fluoropolymers. In addition, it also provides high-performance characteristics not associated with fluoropolymers including barrier properties, flexibility, conductivity, and buckling resistance.

- Permeation of acid, water, gas, and ultraviolet radiation is prevented by using a multi-layer structure.
- Flexibility, buckling resistance, and abrasion resistance is improved by using a multi-layer structure.

HB1 Tube Technical Data

Solvent / Moisture Barrier Performance
Flexibility Comparison
The test tube (φ6 × 4) was bent into a U shape, and the repulsive force from a bending radius of 50 mm to 10 mm was measured.

HB2 Tube Technical Data

Oxygen Permeation Test
The tube was filled with degassed water, and the change was measured in dissolved oxygen concentration that passed through the tube.

HB3 Tubing Technical Data

Ink Solidification Prevention Effect and Visibility Comparison
The tube was filled with ink, irradiated with black light (365 mmm) for 2 hours, and then the tube cross section was observed.
